Results

The hallmarks of Project SEARCH are total workplace immersion and a singular goal of competitive employment for every programme graduate. We strive to achieve that goal by creating an atmosphere of high expectations.

Summary

Our result measures are based on a rigorous definition of full time, paid employment that includes the following criteria:

  • Employment in an integrated setting (i.e. among co-workers with and without disabilities)
  • Year-round, non-seasonal work
  • At least 16 hours a week
  • Prevailing wage
