Emma Lord

Emma has extensive history within supported employment, having worked as a Skills Trainer and Instructor as part of the award-winning DFN Project SEARCH programmes at Charing Cross Hospital and Moorfields Eye Hospital, and has recently obtained a Level 6 diploma in Career Guidance and Development. She has led on an employment programme in Norfolk to support people with refugee status into paid work. Emma is driven by her passion to promote workplace inclusion for young adults with a variety of learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions. Emma is also interested in challenging misconceptions surrounding ADHD and supporting people with neurodevelopmental conditions to thrive at work; and has created and delivered training at the Project SEARCH US Conference about ADHD in the workplace.
