Kirsty Matthews

Kirsty took on the role of Chief Executive at DFN Project SEARCH in September 2024, bringing with her over 30 years of experience as a senior leader in health and social care. Prior to taking the helm at DFN Project SEARCH, Kirsty has held a variety of senior leadership roles in both public and private organisations within the disability, health and care sectors, including her most recent role as Chief Executive of Hft, a learning disability charity and delivery partner of DFN Project SEARCH.
