Shona Howes

Shona Howes comes from a Supported Employment service and has supported hundreds of people to gain sustainable, meaningful employment. She believes employment is life-changing for people and wants to ensure it is accessible for everyone. She is an advocate for people with learning disabilities and or autism and has a demonstrated history of employability, training, skills and career advice and guidance.

Giving people the confidence to aspire, achieve and have complete choice and control over their lives is vital. Shona is keen to network and build strong contacts across the country to ensure we have many opportunities available to our young people.
