Carmel McKeogh

Carmel has a deep understanding of the programme having been involved with it since 2014. Her professional background is in Human Resources, and she has her own company where she has worked in the field of leadership development and diversity and inclusion with a range of employers across the public and private sector. Before establishing her own business, Carmel was the Deputy Chief Executive of Blackpool Council where she first became involved with DFN Project SEARCH.
