Chief Executive Officer of the DFN Foundation and DFN Project SEARCH, Claire is an experienced senior leader and public speaker with an extensive background in education, innovative curriculum design and best practice supported employment. Experienced chair and board member, Claire brings a strong understanding of collaborating with businesses, government, educators, and families to develop employability outcomes for learners with special educational needs and disabilities. Working with organisations such as Whole School SEND, CEC and DWP Expert Reference Group, Claire supports many national workstreams around evidence-based transition to employment provision.
