Sian Foster

Sian has previous experience within the employability sector, specifically specialising in supporting young adults with learning disability and autism. Sian is a former Business liaison on a highly successful DFN Project SEARCH programme in the North of England. As a retired Police officer, Sian is keen to support organisations to become a reflection of the communities they serve, through their workforce.
