Over time, Trish demonstrated a gradual increase in maturity, although she continued to require support with organisation and managing her time effectively. With guidance, she became more aware of her strengths and interests, growing in confidence in her abilities.
Progressing onto a Supported Internship marked a significant step forward in Trish’s development. While timekeeping remained an area needing continued focus, the expectations of a real work environment helped her to build greater self-awareness.
Within this role, Trish demonstrated a range of valuable skills. She showed strong digital ability, confidently using scanners, inputting data accurately to generate barcodes and pricing, and adapting to systems efficiently.
Overall, Trish has shown that she is work capable and increasingly work ready, with a clear determination to secure employment and continue progressing in a retail environment.
