Sarah is the Regional Lead for London and the South at DFN Project SEARCH and has been part of the organisation for four years. With extensive experience in business engagement, recruitment and specialist SEND employment and employability, she is passionate about helping young people with learning disabilities and/or autism achieve meaningful, lasting employment in career jobs that reflect their individual aspirations and skill-sets.
Sarah believes every young person should have the opportunity to build the life they want through work. She enjoys bringing together collaborative partnerships to create high-quality, aspirational Supported Internship programmes that benefit both young people and businesses. She is equally passionate about supporting employers to build diverse, inclusive workplaces and teams that reflect the strengths and talents of the communities they serve.
