He has demonstrated resilience and determination in overcoming barriers related to his reading and literacy needs, particularly those associated with dyslexia traits.
During his internship, he has demonstrated the ability to adapt quickly, applying what he has learned in a real working environment and responding positively to feedback. Throughout his internship Manvir has demonstrated consistent progress, dedicating himself to developing his retail skills specifically within the Home Shopping team.
He finally achieved a SIA badge (security work) in April 2026 after unsuccessful attempts in previous years and this has enabled him to move on to more stable work in the security industry and has strengthened opportunities for the future.
Manvir is punctual, a hard worker, consistent and always looks for the next task, he also uses his initiative.
