Rose Jones

Rose is a learner who has made significant personal progress in overcoming barriers linked to self-regulation, impulsiveness, and difficulty sustaining focus for extended periods.

During her supported internship at Asda, Rose confidently embraced a variety of roles across both the bakery and the pizza counter. She consistently demonstrated flexibility, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to learn new skills.

For her next steps, Rose has the option to move on to an Adults course with the college to support her progress further, along with a referral to the Connect to work team.

Rose has been a great help at the bakery, she goes out her way to ask for tasks to do. She is able to interact with customers and help them with their order. Rose can use the machines and print off labels for the bakery items. She is very social and has developed good working relationships with all the staff in the bakery.
