Chloe joined DFN Project SEARCH in September 2026 as Finance Director, a role she jobshares with Laura Walker.
A CIMA-qualified accountant, Chloe began her career at Cadbury before moving to ASDA, where she held a range of commercial finance roles. She went on to become Senior Finance Director for George clothing, then jobshared the roles of Senior Finance Director for Shared Services and, later, ASDA’s finance transformation programme with Laura.
Passionate about equity, diversity and inclusion, Chloe co-founded The Jobshare Revolution with Laura two years ago, helping organisations and individuals make jobsharing work. She is also an ACC-qualified coach and combines coaching with finance roles as part of her portfolio career.
