Claire currently works as Head of Quality and Impact for DFN Project SEARCH where she leads the charity’s approach to quality assurance, monitoring, evaluation, research and impact measurement. She works closely with partners across our network to ensure all of our partnerships and programmes have access to the data, evidence, tools, resources and support they need to get the best possible outcomes for interns.
Claire previously worked as a Behaviour Analyst and has extensive experience working with young people with learning disabilities and who are autistic across London and the South. Claire brings a strong background in evidence-based practice and outcome measurement with applied research. Claire is passionate about using data, evidence and continuous improvement to strengthen programme delivery and ultimately support the charity in being ambitious for young people and helping them to realise their aspirations.
