With more than a decade of experience leading large-scale strategic programmes, partnerships and business growth initiatives, Sian is an accomplished Associate Director of Business Development at DFN Project SEARCH. Specialising in stakeholder engagement, organisational development and strategic relationship management, they have successfully developed partnerships with major employers, government departments and international organisations to create meaningful opportunities for underrepresented communities.
Previously serving as Head of Operations, they played a key role in launching over 100 programmes and creating more than 700 opportunities for young people with learning disabilities and autism across the UK and internationally. A twice-commended retired Police Officer, they are recognised for exceptional leadership, resilience and performance. As a College Governor and Safeguarding Lead Governor, they are passionate about inclusion, social impact and ensuring equitable opportunities for marginalised communities, informed by both professional expertise and lived experience.
