What is the Shadow Board?
Our Shadow Board is a mix of current interns and graduates who mirror our main Board of Trustees – they’re the people responsible for our long-term planning. Shadow Board members play a central role in our charity, responding to topics raised in our board meetings. They use their own lived experiences, share their ideas, and work with our leaders to improve how we work and what we do.

What’s involved?
The Shadow Board meets online four times a year. We have job coaches on hand to help you participate and get the most from the experience. Shadow Board members can be part of the Shadow Board for either one, two or three years at a time.
